Shalyn Maynes, Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker - Double S Realty, Inc. received the "REALTOR OF THE YEAR" award for the 3rd time in her 15 year career.  Shalyn is the only realtor in the history of the Deming Luna County Board of Realtors to ever receive this award 3 times.  She received Realtor of the Year her 1st year in the real estate business, which was in 1991, again in 1997 and for the 3rd time, in 2004 at the Annual Realtor's banquet held in October.


 


Shalyn started Double S Realty, Inc. in October 1993 and has contributed her success in the real estate business to all of the wonderful customers and clients she has been fortunate enough to help with their real estate needs.


 


In October 2003, Double S Realty, Inc. franchised with Coldwell Banker. One fo the benefits of having a franchise with Coldwell banker is having Coldwell Banker Mortgage at your fingertips.  In just one years time Double S has been designated as the #1 office in their district of Coldwell Banker offices for closing the most loans through the mortgage company.
